Chesapeake Systems coronavirus (COVID-19) update to our valued business partners
We realize this health situation has already been disruptive to many businesses across the globe and wanted to update our business partners on Chesapeake System’s current status.
We are open for business and will continue to function as normal.
Our executive team has had contingency plans created so that in the event of an emergency we are prepared to offer uninterrupted service to the best of our ability.
We are in constant communication with our manufacturers and currently have only seen minor delays in production and shipments. If at any time we learn of a delay, your salesperson will immediately contact you to coordinate, alternative options.
Our Field Support Teams are ready to assist with equipment start-ups or on-site troubleshooting. Please reach out to us if you have any urgent needs for product support.
Chesapeake’s primary focus is on the health and safety of our employees, customers and the manufacturers we represent. As a result we are actively practicing all guidelines set forth by the CDC.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and keep you updated with any changes.
