Biofilm is a prevalent problem in HVAC systems and lead to a variety of IAQ problems. Directing UV-C at cooling coils and system drain pans, destroys surface biofilm that grows in the presence of moisture. Steril-Aire IAQ products are designed to target these biofilms, and will destroy airborne viruses and bacteria, leading to improved indoor air quality.
